Frequently Asked Questions

My backup report did not come through last night

Please check your spam/junk folder for this email. its possible that the report went into this folder and was missed. Please tick “unjunk” or “not spam” to avoid this happening again.

We have installed new software and needs to be backed up

We can add your new data location to your backup set. Please contact us on 1890 312 312 or email support@backuponline.ie. Once added we will send you an updated backup report to confirm that the new backup location has been added.

My Backup isn't running

This is normally due to an internet outage or the Server / PC being turned off when the backup is scheduled to run. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to change the backup to run at a more convenience time. Note Backup Online requires a constant connection to upload new or changed data when the backing is scheduled to run.
